Anyone can enjoy the benefits of a body-centred approach to mindfulness.

I offer regular weekly classes in Qi Gong as well as outdoor ‘Qi in the Park’ sessions. I addition I offer workshops in Mindfulness either for groups or on a one-to-one basis.
