Anyone can enjoy the benefits of a body-centred approach to mindfulness.

During the Covid 19 pandemic I am following the official guidelines for public and personal heath.

Over the summer months, starting June 2020 I will be running sessions for the 65+ age group through the Well Spring Settlement in Barton Hill, Bristol. Please contact the Settlement directly if you want to enquire about attending these (Monday 10 – 11 am)

I have run weekly on-line classes in conjunction with Bristol Buddhist Centre (see Links page on this site). My sessions are not running there at the moment.

In the past I ran outdoor ‘Qi in the Park’ sessions. I hope to return to this in due course.
